Bulletstorm drops you in the middle of a wrecked, dangerous world and basically tells you, Good luck. You get to carry two weapons at once, a shotgun in one hand and a rocket launcher in the other.
When you start, you pick whatever guns you feel like. They all handle differently, so half the fun is finding pairs that feel good together. Some are slow but hit like a truck, others are quick but chew through ammo.
Enemies show up in waves, and after you clear them, you can hit the shop. The stuff they drop pays for new weapons or gear, so every round you can tweak how you play. Sometimes you’ll double down on raw power, sometimes you’ll try something weird just to see if it works.
Different characters have their own abilities, and that changes how you approach fights. Some runs end fast, others go way longer than you expect, but they’re never exactly the same.
